6 Months Old

Camden turned 6 months old on Good Friday. He's continuing to grow and change so fast. He's not quite sitting on his own yet, but he's so close to reaching this milestone. We fully expect him to start crawling anyday now, too. Just in the last day or two he seems to have learned how to get up on his hands and knees. He's just got to figure out how to get all fours working together, and he'll be ready to scoot around the room.

We continue to add to his repertoire of foods. So far the only food that required a little extra effort on mommy's part was peas...not a big hit the first couple of days. By day 3, however, he was eating them like a champ.

Camden had his 6-month check up this week. He weighed in at 16 lbs, 5.5 oz. and is 27 in. long. He's in the 50th-percentile for height and the 25th-percentile for weight, which is surprisingly low considering how he loves to eat.
