What a Week

Camden has had quite a week. To start out the week, he had his first bath that he, not only didn't scream through, but that he seemed to enjoy. He was so cute smiling, laughing, and even splashing in the water. Definitely a welcome change from what his baths were like before! Then mid-week came another first -- Camden came down with his first little cold. Fortunately, it was not a bad one at all. The worst part was that he had a touch of laryngitis, so when he tried to cry or "talk" he sounded really horrible. It was so pitiful.
To top off the week, we had a very special weekend. On Saturday, Camden and mommy had a joint birthday celebration. He celebrated his first 3 months while mommy celebrated her first 3 decades (That's right...the big 3-0!). We were fortunate to have both sets of grandparents and Camden's "Nana" come spend the day with us. On Sunday, we had Camden dedicated at church. All of his grandparents and his two great-grandmothers were able to be there. It was a very special day, and we were so glad that our families could be a part of it.
Today Camden and mommy have been able to spend the day at home together, which has been great. This morning he decided to show off his ability to roll over. Mommy put him on the floor for tummy time, and he immediately rolled over to his back. He then giggled in delight. When mommy put him back on his tummy, he rolled over again and seemed very proud of his accomplishment.
